Thank you for the link to the MPO Long Range Transportation Plan. I notice that the Eastern Ave extension to 250 (Project Heron) description on Page 97 is of a project at Rio and Berkmar. That is one way to keep a secret. The Project Heron story isn't about who has questions; it is about why neither the County nor Riverbend are willing to answer questions openly and honestly, and why residents of East Crozet are expected to trust entities that have failed repeatedly to earn that trust.
