I appreciate the reporting on these 'land use' issues, particularly the conflict over upzoning/inclusionary zoning/missing middle housing initiatives. As the Regional Housing partnership looks to expand upzoning into the greater Cville area, what is happening now in the city will be quite.........instructive........ to those confronting these initiatives in their own neighborhoods.
