There is no discussion of total population, just where to put them and with what amenities. The message of group, Advocates for a Sustainable Albemarle Population, that advocated limiting population growth does not seem to be presented.
"On December 14, 2021, the board of Advocates for a Sustainable Albemarle Population (ASAP) met and decided to dissolve the organization. This decision was motivated primarily by the lack of new board members needed to maintain the organization. We plan to complete the dissolution process in 2022."
The spirit of that group is very much alive as people make their views known in the second survey. Take a look at the entire document here:
