I updated a portion of this after listening to the September 26, 2023 Planning Commission deliberations as my name was mentioned. Retail bakeries would be allowed as part of a food and beverage operation in residential districts, but wholesale bakeries would not. There's a distinction I left out originally but have now corrected.
